Well, my dog just got fixed a few days ago and it was so funny because for a while he
had to wear a cone so he wouldn’t lick….The Cone of Shame…. It was so funny
because he just would just shove the cone on the floor and just run full speed
ahead with the rim of his collar pressed to the floor.
While he had
the cone he reminded me of a lampshade. As a lab he would stick his nose straight
up in the air to sniff, and just walk around with his head looking like a
fluffy lamp. Poor guy.
Speaking of
the Cone of Shame, my brother’s dog was also just fixed and had a cone. This
little guy discovered that if he lowered his head to the ground and ran, he
would scoop up snow, and then he would just toss it up in the air. So seriously
he would just run through the yard scooping up snow and toss it in the air
behind him. Our dog’s not smart enough to do that.
